Sleepless in Lucknow (not Seattle)

We are a week away from the mid terms, and it shows! Days are rolling by with the speed that can give a concorde a run for its money. OK, I am overdoing this a bit.

I began the term with the intention of being up to date with what is being taught in the class, and read beforehand what was going to be taught in the next class. I was successful in doing that for the first two weeks. Slowly, my pre-class preparation came to the back seat and I became content with post-class preparation. Presently even post-class prep is looking difficult with all the quizzes, presentations and assignments. No wonder my blogging frequency has taken a hit. Yet, I will try my best to update the blog whenever I find time.

I, along with few other Hydies, booked our train tickets to Hyderabad for the post end term break. Lucknow is not a big junction. The South bound trains are few here. This makes it mandatory for us to book tickets much in advance lest we don't get them.

Here is something interesting:
www.vark-learn.com
This site finds out which type of learning is preferred by you. Accd to this site, learning preferences are divided into 4 types:
1 aural - learnd by hearing
2 visual - learn by seeing
3 kinesthetic - learn by doing
4 muti-modal - learn by a mix of any/all of the three above

Incidentally, I have a multi-modal learning preference
